State of the Art Lecture Cinema – Capacity up to 100 delegates

More than just a meeting room, our modern theatre offers tiered seating for up to 100 delegates and incorporates three cinema-size screens linked to LCD projectors. This intimate lecture hall environment is ideal for large presentations, award ceremonies and annual general meetings: providing an atmosphere that is conducive to creative and positive thought whilst maintaining your privacy and enjoyment. It is available 7 days a week and is an ideal area for an evening event or conference. It hosts the latest technology to display PowerPoint presentations as well as playing DVD’s.

Exhibition Hall - up to 450 capacity

The exhibition space is ideal for exhibitions, fairs, product launches, conferences and indoor team building exercises. It covers an area of 84 x 74ft (25.6 x 22.5m) and also hosts 4 large screens and floor graphics for power point presentations as well as running separate DVD’s. This space can also be divided to offer separate work and refreshment areas, as well as having full vehicular access.

The Uldale Room - 4/6 capacity

Ideal for small meetings, discussions, interviews and a break out room from the Calder Room. Can be arranged with table and chairs or just utilise the two, two seater sofas for an informal atmosphere.

The Ehen Room – up to 30 capacity

Ideal for larger boardroom style meetings and presentations for up to 30 delegates. This room has a break out room available next door. The room is fitted with interactive smart board presentation systems, network and stand alone PC links, video conferencing and teleconferencing facilities, LCD projectors, DVD player, adjustable lighting and air conditioning.

The Calder Room – up to 10 capacity

Ideal for boardroom style meetings, interviews and discussions. Video conferencing, teleconferencing facilities, LCD projectors, adjustable lighting and air conditioning are also available in this room.

The Eskdale Room – up to 30 capacity

Ideal for boardroom style meetings, interviews and presentations, with 3 picture windows and an area for refreshments to be served. The room is fitted with interactive smart board presentation systems, network and stand alone PC links, video conferencing and teleconferencing facilities, LCD projectors, DVD player, adjustable lighting and air conditioning.


The Solway Room – up to 25 capacity

Ideal for boardroom style meetings, interviews and presentations, with 3 picture windows and an area for refreshments to be served. The room is fitted with interactive smart board presentation systems, network and stand alone PC links, video conferencing and teleconferencing facilities, LCD projectors, DVD player, adjustable lighting and air conditioning.

The Duddon Room - up to 12 capacity

Ideal for boardroom style meetings, interviews and discussions. Video conferencing, teleconferencing facilities, LCD projectors, adjustable lighting and air conditioning are also available in this room.

The Croasdale Room  - up to 6 capacity

Ideal for small meetings, discussions, interviews
